A small work of art, conceived for a unique experience of customizing your car. <\/span><\/p>\r\n The Prometeo Special Series Oil Pan is realised in exclusive colors and finishes that make this component elegant and original. <\/span><\/p>\r\n Production takes place in limited batches and painting is carried out through techniques used in high-level motorsport. <\/span><\/p>\r\n Like the Increased Oil Pan in traditional colours, it is designed for Abarth cars (500, Grande Punto, Punto Evo) but it can be used more generally on all models with a 1.4 turbo transverse engine.<\/span><\/p>\r\n The Pan allows a lubricant capacity of about 2 liters greater than the standard one.<\/span><\/p>\r\n The product is configured as a real kit including, in addition to the Pan, the internal flap bulkhead, screws, accessories and an attractive aluminum load cap, which signals to those who perform maintenance the greater capacity of lubricant.<\/span><\/p>\r\n One of the main problems of sports engines is heat. High temperature is the cause of many damages, such as the wear of mechanical components, micro gripping that cause loss of torque, abnormal consumption, loss of engine oil characteristics, etc.<\/span><\/p>\r\nFor this reason, the lubricating quantity of each engine is determined by the manufacturer with the utmost care. However, sometimes you feel the need to have something more, perhaps because you take advantage of the mechanics in some delicious occasion or in particular conditions of use.<\/span>\r\n In engines with medium-high performance the capacity of the Pan<\/span>\r\noil ranges from 3.5 liters up to 10-12 liters of supercars.<\/span>\r\nIn the specific case of the 500 Abarth and the Punto Abarth this value is at the limit.
